Hagenauer Kneeling Tribal figure with spear
Powerful figure from the Hagenauer’s tribal range of 1957 made in their Viennese art workshop.
Hand carved from exotic wood with hair shown as intricate tiny impressed circles, two original neck rings and holding a long spear with brass spear tip.
Good condition , slight lighting of colour to the front compared with the back, probably due to sun light and consistent with its age.
Fully marked with impressed W H W within the trade mark circle Handmade, Hagenauer Wein, Made in Austria
