WasBergeres 3 piece suite
An elegant bergeres suite form the 1920s, in black lacquer with red and gilt decoration on the lattice framework.
With a pagoda shaped finial to the caned backs of the sofa and chairs, standing on paw feet.
Recently recovered in a good heavy fabric, that looks like a Moray silk but will be much harder wearing.
The canning is in good order with only one hole (shown in photo) to the bottom corner of one of the chairs.
Some rubbing to the lacquer finish on the arms.

Sofa; 85 cm high 155 cm wide 8o cm deep
Chair; 85 cm high 66 cm wide 82 cm deep
