Fantastic Arts and craft fire screen, with skillful repousse brass work with Ruskin roundels, from the little known Newton School Cambridgeshire.
The work produced by the school was often exhibited at the H.A.I.A (Home Art and Industries association)
Also examples of the schools work, where shown in the ‘Studio Year Books’ that show case the very best of designs that year.
Probably made by John Williams who made a whole set of Peacock designs for Essex House
