P.E.L  Modernist Art Deco Dining Suite, stylish chrome with  black  limed oak finish.

Designed around 1932.

Consisting of a large sideboard on triple chrome D shaped tube legs, some very slight pitting to the chrome.

Double doors to the centre, not fitted with three drawers either side, the  finish is good, no watermarks but a some marking..

The table has the same D shape leg, good well polished top, no water or heat marks but again marked consistent with age.  (please ask for more detailed photos.)

Six counter levered dining chairs, chrome in good order.  Two are carvers with padded arms, Good heavy gauge chrome.

P.E.L Standing for ‘Practical Equipment limited’ where pioneers in this new Bauhaus or Modernist type of furniture and are listed as exhibitors at the ‘British Industries fair’ of 1947

P.E.L Modernist Art Deco Dining Suite   6 Chairs, Table, sideboard.

Made from black stained oak which is limed, the chrome legs on the table and cantilevered chairs is of a good heavy gauge.

The sideboard has two sets of drawers and a central cupboard
